William Timothy “Tim” Nix

William Timothy Nix, known to his friends as “Tim”, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca, South Carolina. Born on June 26, 1965, he was the son of the late William Lester Nix Jr. and Elizabeth M. Nix.

Tim specialized in industrial manufacturing and worked for Greenfield Industries for 25 years and Oconee Machine & Tool for 18 years.

Mr. Nix is survived by his children; Melissa Nix “Freeman” of Heath Springs, South Carolina, William Cody Nix of Seneca, South Carolina, and Cassidy Rose Nix of Seneca, South Carolina, grandchildren; Houston Stone, Hope Stone, Katelyn Walters, Lauren Walters, and Emberley Smith, great-grandchildren; Remmington Stone, Raelynn Stone, River Stone, and Alaia Graham, and aunt; Betty McClure.

In addition to his parents, Tim is preceded in death by his brother; Donnie Eugene Price of Seneca, South Carolina.

A private memorial service will be held.
