Victoria Lea Neal

Victoria Lea Neal, 62, of Walhalla, passed away peacefully at her home on July 3, 2025. Born in Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Carson George Pierce and Dorothy Jean Dilbeck Pierce.

Survivors include her children: Barry Neal, Cieria (Wesley) Steiner, Phillip Hainey, Janice Wheeler, Faye Forbes, and Lena

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Dylan (Bailey) Neal, Camron Neal, Thomas Neal, Danielle Wood, Bradley Wheeler, Matt Wheeler, and Cashtyn Neal. She also adored her special love and full-time caregiver, Thomas Neal, and her second chance soulmate, Jeff Winkler. Other survivors include her niece, Sarah (Anthony) Nicole, her nephew, Billy (Amanda) Pierce-Neal, Clifton Pierce–Neal, Austyn (Aaliyah) Pierce-Neal, one brother-in-law, Billy Neal, and her special sister, Evelyn Williams.

Victoria was predeceased by her siblings, Marvin Pierce and Gail Pierce–Neal, and one daughter, Dorothy Neal.

She was a devoted caregiver for years at Lakeview Assisted Living in Walhalla and of the Baptist Faith.
