Mrs. Susan Nielans Lowe, age 80, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022, peacefully at her home in West Union, SC surrounded by her family. A native of Allenstown, PA. she was the daughter of the late Williams Neilans and Naomi (Vickery) Neilans.
Mrs. Lowe is survived her son Frank Cooper (Ellie) of Wyoming, three daughters: Laura Von Cannon of West Union, SC, Linda Cooper of Moreno Valley, CA., and Roberta Anderson of Thousand Oaks, CA. As well as 14 Grandchildren, and 7 great- grandchildren.
Mrs. Lowe is preceded in death by her husband Roy Lowe, and one brother Gary Neilans.
There are no formal services scheduled at this time. The family is at their respective homes.
