Stephanie Lament Jones, known to friends as “Queen Bee”, age 36, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023, in Seneca South Carolina. Born March 20, 1987, in Greenville, South Carolina, she was the loving daughter of Joseph Martin Lament and Melodie Lynn Lament and granddaughter of Don & Linda Lament, and Melvin, Pearl, & Ginger Ferris-Newell.

Stephanie attended Seneca High School where she participated in the track & field, orchestra (violinist), and French. Her best friend and “Sis” since early middle school was Jennifer Rowland. Stephanie was a 2-time cervical cancer survivor and a volunteer for Thumbs Up Mission and FAVOR Upstate. She was also a past member of the U.R.G.E. woman’s roller derby team. Stephanie will be remembered as being charismatic, spirited, strong in her faith and loved by many.

In addition to her parents, Stephanie is survived by her children; Skylar Jones, Pierce Jones, Elizabeth Jones, Brentley Jones, Timothy Jones, sister; Tiffany Minuci, cousin; Sammy Jo Mize, uncle and aunt; Randy & Debbie Mize, and many more loving friends and family.

A celebration of life will be held at her childhood home of 429 Gallo Way Seneca, South Carolina from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Saturday, April 22, 2023. Guests may park in the left parking lot of Shiloh Baptist Church and walk down Gallo Way to the end of the road. In Lieu of Flowers the family asks that donations be made to cancer research or Thumbs Up Mission.
