Shirley Ann Schwalbach,88, of Seneca, South Carolina, passed away January 21, 2024, peacefully in her home. Born August 20, 1937 in Wetumka Heights, Oklahoma, she is the daughter of the late Clarence and Florence Shores and wife of the late Carl Schwalbach.
Shirley was a waitress who became a homemaker caring for 5 children. She was a very loving, caring and kind soul who loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, fishing and hunting ginseng with her late husband Carl.
Shirley is survived by her children, Michael Schwalbach (Kathy), Cynthia Cox (Louis), Stephen Schwalbach (Lorie), Stacy Schwalbach, Myron Schwalbach (Robin), and four brothers: Gene Shores, Richard Shores, Harvey Shores, Billy Shores and Four sisters: Debbie Driver, Betty Annis, Dorothy Watts and Frances Maetars. Shirley also leaves 10 grandchildren; Angela Schwalbach, Holly Schwalbach, Miki Schwalbach, Aaron Schwalbach, Stephanie Schwalbach, Kat Schwalbach, Daniel Hicks, Johnathon Hicks, Linda Bowers, and Lisa Draven, and many great-grandchildren to share in her memory.
Cremation will take place and the committal will be held at a later date in Floral Hills Memory Garden, Lancaster, Ohio. Though you are no longer with us, your spirit will forever be a beacon of love and strength. Rest in peace, love your family.
