Rodger Dale Hise, 74, of Seneca passed from this life Tuesday, February 14, 2023 in Greenville, South Carolina.
Born in Hot Springs, Virginia, he is the son of the late Elzy and Elizabeth Hise and husband of Linda Baldwin Hise.
Rodger enjoyed hunting, fishing, and family time.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years Linda; a daughter, Patty Hise (Marcello Gonzales) of Piedmont, South Carolina; and son, Rodger Lee Hise (Haley Hise) of Seneca, South Carolina. Rodger also leaves six grandchildren, Allyssa Hise, Pamela Amerson, Gina Kotara, Kevin Hise, Brylee Hise , and Emma Smith; and thirteen great-grandchildren, Violet, Amelia, Ayden, Raymond, Seth, Owen, Noah, Gage, Lillian, Donovan, Lana, Daynan, and Abigail to share in his memory.
In addition to his parents Elzy and Elizabeth, Rodger is predeceased by Fred Hise, Charles Hise and Fay Hise.
A gathering of friends will be held at a later date.
