Robert Thomas Talley

Robert Thomas Talley Sr. 68, of West Union, South Carolina passed away Monday, July 10, 2023, at Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca South Carolina. Born in Gwinnett, Co. Georgia, he is the son of the late Samuel Addison Talley Sr and Fannie Ruth Bedingfield Talley.
Robert retired from the textile industry. He loved fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include a son; Douglas Burnside (Gwen) of Walhalla, South Carolina, two sisters; Betty Miller of Anderson, South Carolina, and Donna James (Russell) of Westminster, South Carolina. Robert also leaves three grandchildren; Briana Talley, Nathan Talley, and Mackenzie Burnside, as well as well as many nieces and nephews to share in his memories.
In addition to his parents, Robert is predeceased by a son Robert Thomas Talley Jr., and two brothers; Samuel Addison Talley Jr and Barry Lee Talley.
Memorials may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the organization of your choice.
The family is at their respective homes.
