REGINA EDNEY
-On Christmas day 1966, Gene Edney, Ramona McCoy and Alan Edney welcomed a baby girl into their family and named her Regina.
She grew up in Salem and graduated from Tamassee- Salem high School. She was a member of Salem First Baptist Church.
Regina was a constant companion and best friend to her mom who she affectionately called Mimi.
On September 2, 2022, her Savior Jesus Christ welcomed her into heaven
She is survived by her Mama Ramona McCoy, her stepparent Sue Edney, cousins Sherry (Randal) Stephenson, Sheila (Ronnie) Wald, Susan (Kevin Landreth), Green family, Edney family & Manley family.
Regina was predeceased by her Father Gene Edney & her brother Alan Edney.
A memorial service to celebrate Regina’s life will be held at Salem First Baptist Church on Thursday, September 15 at 6 pm. Pastor Tony Brown will officiate.
To the church family, community and friends, the family would like to thank you for the many acts of kindness shown to Regina and Ramona through the years.
