Regina Bond passed away on August 26, 2023, at Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca, South Carolina after a six-year battle with cancer. Born on September 27, 1965, at Oconee Memorial Hospital, she was the loving wife of Vincent Bond and daughter of Thomas Edward and Nellie Elizabeth Holbrooks.
Mrs. Bond worked in home health care and will be remembered for her love of fishing, camping and the great outdoors. She adored her puppies and was also an avid Game Cocks fan, but above all else she lived for her children, grandbabies, and family (including her church family who she absolutely adored).
In addition to her husband and parents, Regina is survived by children; Elizabeth Moon (Lorenzo) of Pendelton, South Carolina, Paula Thomason of Seneca, South Carolina, Tiffany McCollum (David) of Seneca, South Carolina, Amber Bragg (Frankie) of Seneca, brother; Wayne Holbrooks (Amber), and 8 grandchildren.
Regina is preceded in death by grandparents; Grandma & Grandpa Smith of Walhalla, South Carolina and Grandma & Grandpa Holbrooks of Walhalla, South Carolina.
Flowers are accepted and may be sent to 104 Knollwood Drive Seneca, South Carolina.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Keowee Church of God of Prophecy with a funeral service to follow immediately after. A graveside committal will follow at noon at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
