Peggy Ann Powell Thompson Fennell
February 26, 1944 — April 7, 2023
Peggy Ann Powell Thompson Fennell, 79, of Seneca SC passed away on April 7, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Edward Powell and Gertrude Powell. Peggy was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Easley SC. She was a retired nurse at Ambler Elementary School in Pickens, SC.
Peggy is survived by three children: Stan Thompson (Dianne) of Liberty, Barry Thompson of Durham NC, and Michael Thompson (Tammy) of Seneca. Brother: Marion Powell (Beverly) of Liberty. As well as eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Peggy is predeceased by her first husband Jerry Thompson, her second husband Roger Fennell, and brother Carroll Powell.
A memorial service will be held at Keowee Baptist Church, Six Mile on April 29 at 11:00 am. Donations can be made to MSA Hospice.
