Born May 5, 1950, in Oconee County, South Carolina, Martha was the daughter of the late John Seaborn Rogers and Ruby Lusk Rogers of Central. Mrs. Blackwell was a graduate of of D.W. Daniel High School. She was previously employed at Central Textiles, Barefoot Property Rentals, and Walmart. She loved her husband Johnny and her two Chihuahuas, Macy and Archer, and loved going on trips with Pat Boggs and Sha Boggs-Kuhnle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Martha’s honor may be made to Mountain View Veterinary Services, 706 S Mechanic St, Pendleton, SC 29670.
