Margaret Ruth Franks

Margaret Ruth McDonald Franks, 93, of Seneca South Carolina, passed away on Monday, October 9th, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Ruby McDonald Crooks, and the loving wife of 72 years to the late Homer Burrell Franks Sr.
Margaret loved her church and her God. She also enjoyed crafts, animals, listening to her husband and son play music, square dancing, and, spending time with her family.
Mrs Franks is survived by her granddaughter; Betty J. Rogers, Betty’s husband Robin, whom she loved like a son, daughter-in-law; Florence Franks, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Margaret is predeceased by her mother, husband, son; Homer Burrell Franks Jr, brother; Dewitt Crooks, nephews; Eddie Crooks, and James “Peanut” Crooks, all of Seneca, SC.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 12 2023 starting at 11:00 am, located at Rock Springs United Methodist Church.
The family of Mrs Franks will be at the home of Mrs. Betty Rogers.
Mountain View Funerals Seneca Chapel is assisting the family.
