Linda “Sharon” Grogan. January 20, 1941—August 23, 2022 Linda “Sharon” Grogan, age 81, passed away at her home surrounded by her loved ones, on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. She was the wife of the late Donald Patrick “Sonny” Grogan, Sr. Sharon fought a brave battle with cancer that represented her strong character.

Born in Seneca on January 20, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Ulysses and Edna McDonald. Sharon worked for many years at J.P. Stevens before becoming a loving caregiver to her late husband. She is survived by her daughter Donna Eller, of the home; son, Donald “Pat” Grogan (Pam); brother, Keels McDonald; as well as Grandchildren: Matthew Bright, Ashley Bright (Steve Fisher), Lyndsey Pirro (Matt), Stephanie Morton (Matt) and Trey Grogan (Jennifer). She was also blessed with many great-grandchildren: Clay, Zander, Jackson, Ryder, and Spencer Morton; Ophelia Fisher; Witt Grogan, Baby Grogan (due March 2023), and Emily Pirro. She is also survived by her Special Friend, John Kowal. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her Great-granddaughter Brianna Bright. Per Sharon’s request, no formal service will be held and the immediate family will have a private burial service to reminisce and celebrate her life.
