Linda Diane Sumter

Linda Diane Sumter, 70, of Anderson, South Carolina, passed away on August 18th, 2024.

Linda loved to draw pictures. She was affectionately known as the Picture Lady. Linda is survived by her husband; Terry Gene Sumter Sr., children; Tammy Heaton (Robert) of Iva, SC, and Terry Gene Sumter Jr. (Erin) of Anderson, SC, grandchildren; Brynsley Sumter, Preston Sumter, Christopher Heaton, Jesse Heaton, and Nicholas Heaton, great grandchildren; Noah Heaton and Jonah Heaton, siblings Mary C. Todd (Jerry) of Starr, SC, Samuel LeRoy of Starr, and Claude Edward LeRoy Jr (Becky) of Liberty.

Linda is predeceased by her parents; Claude Edward LeRoy and Mary Allison LeRoy, sister; Wanda Annette LeRoy, brother; Michael Edward LeRoy, and sister-in-law; Jane LeRoy.

A visitation will be held for Mrs Linda Sumter on August 27th 2024, 1:00pm at Mountain View Funeral Home Seneca Chapel, located at 101 E N 2nd St Seneca, SC 29678. Followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm at the same location. Burial at Corinth Baptist Church, located at 530 Old Clemson Hwy Seneca, SC 29672, will follow the funeral service.
