Kendall Payne, 53, formally of Hart County, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Prisma Health – Oconee Memorial Hospital. Born on December17, 1968, in Anderson, SC, He was the son of Mary Payne and the late Carl Payne.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon of Salem, SC, three sons: Carlton Payne of Lynchburg Virginia, Josiah Payne, and Jacob Payne of Salem, SC. Four nephews: Will Lee, Nathan Lee, Ray Green, Conner Bridges.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Berry Payne of Bowersville Georgia, grandparents Ralph and Margret Payne of Bowersville, Georgia, and Joe and Bonnie “Sue” Hulsey of Martin, Georgia.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from Cheohee Baptist Church located at 829 Cheohee Valley Road Tamassee, SC 29686. The family will receive friends from 2:00- 3:00P.M.
Flowers and donations are accepted and may be directed to Sharon Payne at 232 Boone Creek Rd, Salem SC, 29676.
The family is at their respective homes.
