Judith Ann Ouellet, known to friends and family as Judy, age 67, passed away on February 26, 2024, at Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca, South Carolina. Born on May 17, 1956, she was the loving partner of 24 years to Mr. Scott K. Schwing and daughter of the late George S. Cutter and Lois Thompson.
Judy is remembered for her love of horses, gardening, fishing, kayaking, and hiking.
In addition to her partner, Mrs. Ouellet is survived by her children; Lewis and Allen, grandchildren; Kyla-Ann, Misty, William, and Cheyenne and sister; Ruthie.
She is predeceased by her parents and her daughter Jennifer.
