Janet Pritchard Winters, age 65, wife of 43 years to Dennis Eugene Winters, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, January 13, 2023, at Cottingham Hospice House.
A native of Portsmouth, Virginia, Janet was born on July, 27, 1957, to the late Kyle Mason Pritchard and Sarah Bales Pritchard. She was a graduate of Western Branch High School, in Chesapeake, Virginia, class of 1975. Janet was an accomplished clarinetist who loved crafts, her family, and her Lord. She was an active member of Oasis Church in Anderson.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Winters, her son, Matthew Winters (Jennifer), her grandchildren; Micah Winters, Austin Winters, Madison Winters, Azanna Pruett, JJ Pruett, Charisabella Winters, August Winters, and Andrew Winters, along with her siblings; Larry Pritchard and Sheila Singleton.
Janet was predeceased by her parents.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Janet’s honor to Oasis Church, P.O. Box 75, Anderson, SC 29622.
The family will host a memorial service on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Oasis Church in Anderson at 2:00 pm.
