David Whitfield

David Whitfield, age 54, passed away on Tuesday March 19th, 2024, at his home in Seneca, South Carolina. Born on June 2, 1969, he was the son of George Joe Whitfield and the late Betty Jean Stancil.

Mr. Whitfield will be remembered for his love of eagles, riding motorcycles, Clemson athletics, and his animals.

In addition to his father, David is survived by his children; Bobby Whitfield (Dominque) of Seneca, South Carolina, Kendall Craig Whitfield (Emily) of Charlotte, North Carolina, grandchildren; Danielle Roberson of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Jason Murray of Seneca, South Carolina, Janilee Whitfield of Seneca, South Carolina, Jalissa Cantrell of Seneca, South Carolina, and Kadence Whitfield-Hall of Chicago Illinois, siblings; Tim Whitfield and Kimberly Gates.

Mr. Whitfield is preceded in death by his mother and grandparents; Thomas & Elizabeth Stancil, and Colman & Gladys Whitfield.

A memorial service will be held on Monday March 25, 2024, at Mountain View Funerals & Cremations – Seneca Chapel at 2:00 PM.
