Betty Lynn Demarest

Betty Lynn Demarest, 65, of Salem, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Hilda Demarest.

Betty was a graduate of Culpeper County High School and earned her associates degree at Germanna Community College. She retired from the state of Virginia Community Service Center and the Virginia Department of Transportation. Betty enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, Sci-Fi shows, and gardening.

Betty is survived by her children; Robert Clark (Joanna Clark), Matthew Clark (Liz Donatelli), and Kevin Irwin (Amanda Irwin), grandchildren; Katherine Clark, Charlotte Clark, William Clark, Reagan Clark, Luie, Ruby, Mack, and Theo Irwin, siblings; Kathy Finks, Frank Demarest, Robert Demarest, and Larry Demarest.

Betty is predeceased by her parents; Frank and Hilda Demarest, and grandchild Wren.
